TRS Elite Team

Selection criteria

Anyone can become a member of the team, it is enough to train in our school or pay a membership fee of 20 000 rubles. In 2017, the TRS ELITE team selected the top 10 of 60 trainees at the Trail Running School. The rest were in the second team.

To form the TRS ELITE team for 2018, we developed the following criteria:

Hit the first team

1. At least 6 months of training at TRS
2. ITRA Index

• men under 44 years - 610
• men over 44 years old - 600
• women under 44 years old - 580
• women older than 44 years - 550

Anyone who does not meet the criteria of the first team, fall into the second team of the school.

* The composition of the first team can not exceed 15 people. If more than 15 people meet the criteria, then the team gets the best. Of these, a minimum of 3 people over 44 years of age.

• Outfitting adidas and other TRS partners
• Free registration at the competitions of our school's partners

• The opportunity to participate in team competitions
• Team T-shirt

For everyone, in the near future we will launch a monthly contest! Where by several criteria, we will determine the best athlete of the month who will receive a prize in the form of sports equipment or sports nutrition.
