Arm movement plays a huge role in running, especially when running uphill. Many people use their arms incorrectly, dropping them too low, not spreading their elbows when running uphill, etc.

✅We have prepared several exercises that will help you understand the difference in arm movement when running uphill versus flat. For those who have problems with arm technique, we recommend doing the exercises in front of a mirror at least 3 times a week.
