Climb of my life.

We hope you all enjoyed our first challenge “Climb of my life”, but we don’t want to stop and should continue to make new challenges for ourselves.

Rules:
1 – at the first stage for every 10 meters of the elevation gain you will get 2 points, in the remaining stages – 1 point for every 10 meters of the elevation gain.

Elbrus and Everest are two separate events.

1 – the one who makes the stage faster, it will go to a separate score and we will award the best. The Protocol of the results of a separate competition will be entered first participants who have gained the height of Elbrus and Everest according to their time, after the places will be distributed by the height gain.

2 – is not important, the main thing is to gain height and get points for every 10 meters for the entire series.

2 – the point counts for exact 10 meters of the elevation gain. For example, if you gain 809 meters, you will receive 160 points for the first stage or 80 for others.
3 – the descent should always be equal to the ascent.
4 – for every competitor counts the best attempt for every single stage. For example, if the task is to gain the maximum elevation in an hour and you have 2 attempts with 800 and 810 meters of the elevation gain, you will receive points for only 810 meters of the elevation gain.
5 – each attempt counts if you post on the Instagram feed with the hashtags #TRSchallenge and #trailrunningschool and tagged @trailrunningschool in the photo. You should use the heart rate monitor, the gps-track from the watch should be uploaded to the TrainingPeaks.
If the watch is without a barometer, you can measure the rise in any other way.

For participants who do not train at Trail Running School, data is only allowed from the clock with a graph of height and pulse. You must meet all the conditions and send a link with the data from the watch to the email address – TRS-team@yandex.ru

6 – we summarize the interim result after each stage.
For the stages of Everest and Elbrus, the top 3 girls and boys receive prizes.
According to the results of the whole challenge: top 5 guys and top 3 girls will receive valuable prizes.
